60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy for items purchased from our webshop.

The return period starts from the day you:

  • Receive your order.
  • Take physical possession of the last item in cases where multiple items are ordered in one transaction and delivered separately or in stages.
  • Take physical possession of the last lot or piece in cases involving a contract for the delivery of goods consisting of multiple lots/parts.
  • Take physical possession of the first item in cases of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your shipment to request a return or exchange. Once your return request is approved, you have an additional 30 days to return the item.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Do not return any items before you have received confirmation from us, as unregistered returns may not be processed correctly, which could lead to delays in your refund or exchange.
  • Ensure that the item(s) you are returning are securely packaged in their original packaging.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not covered by our return policy:

  • Items that have been made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
  • Sale items and items marked as "Final Sale."
