For detailed, step-by-step installation instructions, including tips on panel placement, alignment, and fixing, please refer to our installation guide.
Maintenance and care
Akupanels are low-maintenance. To clean, simply use a dust brush, vacuum cleaner, or a slightly damp cloth. For wood veneer surfaces, you may apply a thin layer of clear countertop oil if you wish to enhance the natural grain of the wood.
Custom sizes and customization
At this time, we do not offer custom sizes for Akupanels. However, you can easily cut the panels to fit your desired space using a fine-toothed saw. Akupanels are available in three standard sizes, but with a little DIY work, they can be adjusted to suit your needs.
Lifespan of Akupanels
The lifespan of your Akupanels is long-lasting, thanks to the high-quality materials used in production:
- Wood veneer: While wood may darken or lighten over time due to natural aging and sunlight exposure, Akupanels remain a durable solution for many years.
- MDF slats: Built to last with regular maintenance, Akupanels will retain their beauty for at least 20-25 years.
Acoustic performance
Akupanels are engineered for sound absorption, reducing noise and reverberation in spaces. They are particularly effective in rooms that need better acoustic control, such as:
- Living rooms
- Offices
- Studios
- Home theaters
The panels help absorb sound, improving the quality of speech and making spaces more serene.
