Unfortunately, a direct exchange isn’t possible. The easiest solution is to return the product you don’t want to keep within 60 days of receiving it, and then place a new order for the item or color you prefer.

If you'd like to return something, just reach out to us via email at info@woodupp.au. We’ll provide a return label and coordinate with you to arrange a convenient pick-up day with our forwarder.

Please note, the cost of the return will be at your expense. If you’d prefer to arrange the return yourself, that’s totally fine—just let us know via email so we can expect it.
